As far as I can tell, nearly the whole damn nation is blanketed by snow.
I flew to Vegas by way of Chicago today for a picture framing conference. I always try to get a window seat when I fly because I love looking out at the world below (One time flying at night we were treated to a fireworks display!)
Up until about 45 minutes out of Vegas, EVERY time I looked out the window the ground was covered with snow. Snow covering the cities of New England, snow covering the farms of Ohio, snow covering the cornfields of Kansas, snow covering the plains, snow covering the mountains...
Oh, and there's more snow expected in New England when I'm flying back on Wednesday. Since I'm taking the red-eye I *hope* things will be sorted out by the time I land...
