Framer meets Geek: it's a computerized mat cutter!



It makes cutting regular mats a breeze, and it lets you do beautifully complex designs that would take all day and several ruined matboards the old-fashioned way. Here are a few that I did within a couple of hours of getting the thing up and running:




Yes, the one on the right has the letters cut into the top mat.



So the holidays are coming... if you want to frame something up Really Special you now know where to go :)

wow, that's nice!

BTW, I haven't forgotten your request for a picture of the frame. I'm slightly chagrined, actually -- Tony and I both broke our ketubah. I hung it but the wall couldn't support it, so it fell. Miraculously the glass seemed fine but the bottom part of the frame broke, and while he was trying to fix it, the glass cracked under pressure. So we want to have it fixed, but we're waiting until after the holidays to get it reframed by you, and then of course you can get a pic.
