I've been working for a while now on an e-commerce website for my art and framing business. I just went live with it, but I know there's always room for improvement... I'm no web designer, so I'm sure I've missed a thing or three.

Anyhow, I'd appreciate it if folks would check it out here and let me know what you think. Oh, and if you see something you'd like to buy, use coupon code BETA to get 25% off everything in the store (including clearance items!).

Thanks!

Nice looking web site. Very professional.

I didn't go to every page just a couple, but they look good. I noticed a typo under double mat on the custom cut mat page. (I think there is an extra E in the word reveals. )

(Using IE, which I almost never do, but I'm working at an office computer right now.)

Over all, I think it looks great. Very clean, very professional. Now I will nitpick.

On the front page, under "New Products for August", I see three items in the first row, then just one (last column) in the second, three in the third, and one each in the final two. Is it supposed to be spread out like that?

There is no picture for Balancement (and no placeholder for the lack of picture).

That's all for now. Nice job!

When I go to the item pages, I see a picture place with the caption "Decorative" (or other category for other itmems) and the text "No Picture Available" inside the box. I assume that's an error of some sort -- maybe IE-specific? But that's going to be a lot of your audience.

In the left-hand nav bar, "Photography: Black and White" wraps to the next line, but it comes all the way back to the left instead of lining up under the previous line, which make it look like everything past it is in a new category called "White".

Looks Good!

One over-all issue I wonder about is what the focus of your business is and how it's presented. I had always assumed that you were more focused on Framing as your business, probably because that's the one of your services I need. But if I was looking for someone to frame artwork that I have already, and I googled "framing" and came to you, I would see the pages of prints available for purchase and be confused and look elsewhere.

If framing is an important part of your work, I think you would want that to be more prominent than (or at least _as prominant as_) print sales. Maybe show samples of the frame materials you offer and price per linear foot. Would you make a frame to spec and ship it? (so your customer instals thier own art work in that frame?) If so make all that, where they can enter a length and a width and get a price quote for various frams, available. If you would only frame on site, you can still put your prices and what kinds of glass you offer, etc. etc. up. I think you're missing a category "Custom Frames" on the list of categories onthe side.

What you have looks quite good, though.

Do you sell any pre-determined sized frames? I didn't see any offered on the site.
