Need help stretching artist canvas...

Today a customer brought in an un-stretched canvas piece to be framed. Now I did a little canvas stretching in frame school and I've stretched one piece for a demo project, but I've never stretched a piece for a customer before. I think it would really help if I could get a refresher from someone with more experience at this sort of thing. Can anybody help? I can offer various bribes: cash, backrubs, framing/matting/printing/shrinkwrapping services, etc.

My shop is in Natick, MA. While I'm normally around Tuesday through Saturday, we can set up any mutually convenient time to do this.
