A possibly uncharitable thought....
Oct. 2nd, 2006 02:06 amI was reading recent coverage of the infamous 2003 nightclub fire in Rhode Island... and I came across this:
The brothers will plead no contest to a theory of involuntary manslaughter accusing them of committing a misdemeanor -- installing flammable foam that violated the fire code -- that led to the deaths. The foam was used after neighbors complained about the club's loud music.
As one who has ranted in the past about clubs turning their music up to 11+, I find myself thinking: "If they had only turned the frelling music down, this whole thing would not have happened!.
That is all...
