Moving help needed 1/28/06

Tam needs to be out of her studio by the end of the month, so we'd like to move as much as we can the weekend before.

Where: Tam's studio, 322 Summer St, Boston (Fort Point)

When: 12:00 Noon

What: Packing off Tam's artwork and art supplies to be
taken to storage in Worcester (to join the rest of
our Stuff)

Bribes: snacks, pizza, discounts on any artwork you want
to buy (take it away, please!) PLUS the opportunity to
place dibs on stuff we're thinning out on the Worcester
end (Anyone need a microwave oven? Computer carcass?
lots of other stuff too...)

RSVP so we have a rough pizza-count...

Sure I can help. My toe is acting all wonky, so I won't be able to carry anything heavy.

Also, I have a print that needs framing. Oddly shaped (long and narrow). We can discuss on Saturday.

Closest T stop is South Station, right?

Let me know. Work number is 617 THUNK ME.

I really appreciate this! It's not so much heavy stuff as it is pesky, and the elevator is small so there's going to be lots of staging...

I'd be happy to talk to you about a piece to be framed.

Thanks! See you Saturday!

Great. Give me concrete directions. Getting lost makes me grumpy.

Piece is 1 foot by 2 feet. (Writing it here because I know I won't retain it.)

See you Saturday.

Getting there is pretty easy. Take the Red Line to South Station. South Station is at Atlantic Ave & Summer St, you want to find Summer St eastbound (away from downtown). I can't tell you exactly because every time I visit South Station they've changed the rabbit-warren inside the Red Line station... Take Summer St over the Fort Point channel. At the traffic light on the far side of the channel cross over to the left side of the street, then continue until you see "322" on your left. She's on the fifth floor.

If that's too much walking for you you can also take the #7 bus across the channel.

If you get lost my cell # is 508-335-3159.

Thanks again!
